Steam the eggs for just 13 minutes cook time. Then, chop the chives, pickles and dill and transfer to a large bowl.

Place the now cooked eggs into an ice bath. Wait 13 minutes, then peel the eggs.

Chop the eggs rough or fine and transfer them to a mixing bowl.

Finally, add the mayo, mustard, pickle juice, salt, pepper and paprika and mix.
