How to make Pickled Jalapeno Peppers 

First, chop the peppers into rings. bring the vinegar, water, salt and sugar to a boil. Add the peppers and garlic to the vinegar water.

At this point you can place the peppers in the fridge for quick pickled peppers or can them for room temperature storage.

Finally, to can the peppers, in a large pot of boiling water, process the jars for 10 minutes. Remove, and cool.
