How to make  Spicy peanut tofu bowls

First, bake for 20 minutes. This will dry the tofu out. make the marinade. Then stir in the baked tofu and marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Then, in a skillet, cook tofu on medium heat, allowing it to get a little crispy with some crust forming from the marinade. Cook until crispy and warmed through.
