  • Wash and prep all veggies.
  • Add veggies, fruit, cacao, seeds, milk, water, cinnamon and ice to a Vitamix.
  • Start blending on low and slowly increase the speed. Use tamper as needed. Blend until all ingredients are smooth.
  • Enjoy right away!

Notes

Freezing the banana creates an extra creamy smoothie.
