– Beat the sugar and butter in a stand mixer. – Pour in the bourbon, vanilla extract and scrape in the vanilla beans.
– Add the flour and pulse until no white streaks from flour remain
– Roll the dough into a log and/or roll into a disk and refrigerate. The dough can then be frozen for longer storage.
– Slice or cut, rest.
– Bake the cookies for OR until they begin to turn golden.
