Prepare the cabbage.

Prepare the stuffing: Rehydrate the porcini. Cook the lentils & rice. – Cook the mushrooms. – Process the mushrooms. – Mix the stuffing.

Make the tomato sauce.

Assemble the rolls and bake. Sprinkle fresh thyme over the top before serving. Enjoy!
