Super quick, refrigerator Pickled Banana Peppers are a fabulous component to sandwiches, pizza, salads and for general snacking. Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free. 

How to make  Pickled banana peppers

Chop the peppers into rings. Pack the cut peppers into jars. Use a muddler to gently pack the rings, to make room for more.

Next, pour the boiling brine over the peppers, packing the peppers in and adding more to fill the jar, leaving about a 1/2″ head space.

Last, lid the peppers and allow them to cool to room temperature.
