These vegetarian and vegan mushroom ramen noodles come together in about 30 minutes. These easy mushroom miso bowls are packed with ginger, garlic, veggies, and oodles of noodles.

How to make  Mushroom Ramen Noodles

Grate

Start with a bit of oil. Add grated garlic and ginger with sliced green onions and mushrooms.

Sear

Sear the mushrooms over medium heat with the aromatics, then add the vegetable broth.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the noodles. Cook for five minutes, then add a miso slurry.

To the mushroom miso broth, stir in spinach and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
