Made with freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey for natural sweetness, and water blended until smooth, this 3 ingredient honey lemonade is the kind of drink you’ll want to keep in the fridge all season long. Pour it over ice and enjoy a cool, tart, and effortless homemade refresher.
1/2cup (120 grams)Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juicefrom about 3 lemons
1/3cup (105 grams)Honeyor to taste*
2cups (480 grams)Water

Instructions
To a blender, add the lemon juice, honey, water and salt if using. Blend on low for about 20-30 seconds or until the mixture is well blended. It will be foamy. Use a spoon to stir the foam down. Taste for sweetness adjustment and blend again if needed.
Pour over iced packed glasses and garnish with mint and thinly sliced lemon wheels (optional). Or, transfer the lemonade to lidded Mason jars and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
*As written, this is a honey forward lemonade. Feel free to adjust the honey down initially, then add more to taste. For a more tart lemonade, use less honey.
