I use 1/2 diluted with water homemade cashew milk or use favorite plant milk

Instructions
Wash and prep all veggies.
Add veggies, fruit, cacao, seeds, milk, water, cinnamon and ice to a
Vitamix
.
Start blending on low and slowly increase the speed. Use tamper as needed. Blend until all ingredients are smooth.
Enjoy right away!
Notes
Freezing the banana creates an extra creamy smoothie.
